Health Guarantee
- The puppy is guaranteed to be in good health to the best of my knowledge at the time of picking up puppy. The puppy is considered accepted “as is” at the time of sale and no other legality will take place if such pet becomes unhealthy or dies while in purchasers hands. A health certificate will be issued by a licensed vet if being shipped.
- We ask you please don't smoke around your puppy. Puppies cannot tolerate smoke.
- This is mandatory to start your 1 year congenital defect guarantee! No Exceptions.
- Pups need to see your Vet for a wellness checkup within 48 hours from the date of pickup from me.
- The customer has 48 hours in which to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian and is urged to do so.
- Purchaser is responsible for all vet bills.
- We will issue a new pup of equal value if yours is found to have a congenital defect in the first year of ownership. However, we may offer a cash refund should we do not have a new pup of equal value if yours is found to have a congenital defect in the first year of ownership.
- We do not guarantee against, Low Blood Sugar (Hypoglycemia), Ear Mites, floppy ears or infections in the ear(s), worms, improper bite, hernias, fleas or ticks. Kennel Cough, Coccidia, & Giardia is a common puppy problem that happens sometimes, it is not a covered problem due to it being treatable
- A congenital defect is a problem that will not allow the pup to grow or age to a normal life expectancy, a bone-joint issue, Lactating Patella, eye defects, hearing, body structure, coat, having a hernia or having a limp is not considered life threatening.
- A major body organ that is life threatening, heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, is considered a congenital defect and is covered in the first year.
- Health problems that can be cured by medication or surgery are not covered.
- This guarantee is non-transferable. No guarantee is made as to disposition, confirmation, size or breeding ability.
- Any Vet bills or legal bills we encountered by the buyer once the pup leaves here are the responsibility of the new owner.
- Buyers must pay all shipping costs if a exchange or replacement pup is needed.
- By taking ownership of this dog, I agree I have read this contract and to abide by this agreement.
- I do not guarantee on future color of puppy as sometimes they do change as they grow.
- Buyer does not need to sign to agree, if seller prints buyer name below.
