WHEREAS, Buyer desires to purchase and seller agrees to sell to Buyer the described dog upon the terms and conditions as stated in this agreement.
NOW, Therefore, it is mutually agreed between Seller and Buyer that Buyer agrees to purchase the below described dog.

Once payment has cleared, puppy will be shipped. Your transaction will be confirmed by phone, e-mail, or fax. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to give us a call. Deposits are non-refundable unless something happens to the pup before he/she is shipped.
Note: I will drive up to 60 miles for an additional .20¢ per mile if needed.
